Purpose
Unamine encourages anyone who has a genuine concern about wrongdoing connected with the firm to raise it. Reporting early helps the firm address problems before they cause harm.
What you can report
- Fraud, bribery, corruption, or money laundering.
- Breaches of law, regulation, or sanctions.
- Human rights abuses, forced or child labour, or unsafe working conditions.
- Serious environmental harm.
- Conflicts of interest or misuse of firm or investor assets.
- Deliberate concealment of any of the above.
How to report
Send reports on a confidential basis to whistle@unamine.com. Please include what happened, who was involved, when and where, and any supporting documents. You may report anonymously, though this can limit our ability to follow up.
What happens next
- Reports are acknowledged where contact details are provided.
- The firm's compliance function reviews each report and, where appropriate, escalates it to external counsel.
- Reports are investigated fairly and as promptly as circumstances allow, and outcomes are recorded.
Confidentiality and non-retaliation
Your identity and the content of your report are shared only with those who need to know in order to investigate, or where disclosure is required by law. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is prohibited and will be treated as a serious disciplinary matter.
External reporting
This channel does not limit your right to report to a competent regulator or public authority.
